What can I say no to so I can say yes to what matters?

What prevents me from having wisdom is the unconscious emotion: I don't feel confident in myself; I want to run away when I have a difficult problem; When I feel lonely and want to find a sex partner that I know that doesn't make me feel better, I often do not open my heart to others because I act on patterns from my childhood. All these things make me suffer and see life more negatively. I want to get rid of these unconscious habits, to be able to see life as it is.


If I encounter that negative emotion coming to me, I will take time to breathe, understand that the feeling comes to me, appreciate it. I will not act on it and wait for it to pass.
